What you will do

You will own end-to-end deal execution with larger DeFi protocols and ecosystem partners, from first contact through negotiation, onboarding, and long-term expansion.

You will structure and negotiate commercially meaningful agreements tied to TVL, BTC liquidity, and foundation token support, and you will align incentives across multiple counterparties.

You will build and run an Ethena-like go-to-market playbook, including partner marketing, liquidity programs, and the operating cadence needed to scale adoption across EMEA and beyond.

What you bring

You have deep experience across both TradFi and DeFi, and you can translate complex financial mechanics into clear value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You have a strong network in DeFi, and you know how to work with exchanges, market makers, and custodians to unlock liquidity and distribution.

You are comfortable operating as a founding leader, you move quickly with high ownership, and you stay rigorous on risk, incentives, and execution details.
