Commercial Account Executive

You will own and grow a portfolio across DACH, France, and Central Europe. You will build trusted relationships, run value-based conversations, and identify expansion opportunities that improve retention and revenue.

What you will do
You will manage a defined book of business and stay proactive through structured outreach, discovery calls, and demos.
You will identify and close renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, and you will keep forecasts accurate for your portfolio.
You will partner with customer success and product specialists to improve adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes.
What you bring
You have at least two years of experience as an Account Executive or similar commercial role in SaaS or IT.
You communicate fluently in English, and you speak at least one regional language relevant to DACH, France, or Central Europe.
You are comfortable working with a CRM, you are data-aware, and you take ownership of your pipeline and results.
